We've to celebrate this year the 800th anniversary of the city of Weeze. Included is a special DOK "800WE" for the DOK hunters which begins on the 01st February until to the end of the year. Contacts before, it means QSOs from the 01st January until to the 31st Janury, is included the DOK L06 (OV Goch).
The "cream topping" is a little Certificate schedule for those who likes to "hunt" us on the bands. There are 6 certificates to win as 3, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 band.
The rules are very simply, you have to send a contact log to DR800WE(at)gmx.net with your QSOs (only) with DR800WE and what kind of certificate(s) you would like to receive. We'll send the certificate(s) back via your e-mail address as pdf document.

MRAI – DL6RAI Memorial Contest
"May 18th, 2024 marks the first anniversary of the death of Ben, DL6RAI. This is an opportunity for the Bavarian Contest Club to remember Ben in a small memorial contest on this day. Ben was very open to new things, this contest will also be held in FT4/FT8 in addition to the four common operating modes CW, SSB and RTTY. Ben was QRV continuously from 1980 to 2023 and has over 254,000 QSOs in the log under DL6RAI alone."

Automated operation is not permitted, each claimed contact must include contemporaneous direct initiation by the operator on both sides of the contact.

We would like to announce glady that we owning a new callsign for Denmark.
